We hope you are satisfied with the product you purchased. However, if you receive a product that is incomplete, incorrect, or defective, you may request to return the product and receive a replacement by:

Make a product return request by sending an email to support_th@salubermd.com with details on how the product is incomplete, incorrect, or defective together with relevant pictures or other evidence supporting your claim. This must be done within 7 days from the day you received the product.

Once the request is approved, please return the product in its original packaging and condition with all accessories it came with to SaluberMD Thailand — No.30 Soi Sukhumvit 61, Klong Ton Nuea, Watthana, Bangkok 10110. The request will be approved only if it is determined that the product was incomplete, incorrect, or defective before it reached you.

Once the original product is returned, a new replacement will be shipped free of charge within 10 days.
